New Talents Enter the Workforce Every Year
Uppsala University provides high-quality education to thousands of medical students every year. Students from across the entire medical faculty participate in MedMässan.
Venue & Practical Information
The fair will be held at the Biomedical Centre (BMC) in Uppsala. Entrance is via the Main Entrance (A11), facing the parking area along Dag Hammarskjölds väg. Members of the organising team will be there to welcome you.
The fair will take place in Room B10, located close to the main entrance.

Time
Exhibitors are asked to arrive from 08:15, depending on how much material needs to be set up.
The fair is open to students from 09:00–17:00.
Parking
Vid er ankomst kommer er utställningsplats vara förberedd och klar efter era önskemål. Vi förutsätter att ni informerat oss om eventuellt medhavda mässmaterial och kommer i tid för att förbereda detta på plats. Ledningsgruppen kommer självklart finnas tillgänglig att hjälpa er iordningställa det hela.
Preparations
Your exhibition space will be prepared according to your requests when you arrive. We assume you have informed us in advance about any materials you are bringing and that you arrive on time to set up. Our organising team will of course be available to help.
Lunch
No one should go hungry! Lunch vouchers will be prepared based on the number requested and will be handed out before the fair begins. The vouchers can be used at the popular campus restaurant Bikupan, located close to the venue.
At Bikupan, you can create your own lunch from a buffet focused on seasonal and sustainable ingredients, with options including plant-based dishes as well as meat or fish, homemade bread, and flavourful sides. Vegetarian options will be available.
The fair will remain open during lunchtime, but you are welcome to take your lunch whenever it suits you.
Who Will Be On Site?
The organisation team consists of ambitious and dedicated full-time students working voluntarily on MedMässan. Some team members may need to attend classes during the day, but you will never be left without support. At least three responsible team members will be available at all times to help and answer questions.
